In this video I will walk you through how to set up proper Facebook conversion tracking. If you want to measure the ROI of your Facebook advertising campaigns for ads that direct traffic outside of Facebook then this video is for you!

Why Facebook conversion tracking is crucial:

When creating multiple ads in Facebook and driving traffic to different offers, or landing pages located outside of Facebook it’s important to be able to track which ads are having the best results. Typically, we can measure an ads performance by comparing things like click through rates, cost per impressions, cost per actions, etc. However, being able to implement Facebook conversion tracking into your ads will allow you to get additional data that will help you refine your ad campaigns and really see which ones are the most effective at converting clicks into leads, or sales etc.

As I mentioned in the video this is an advanced Facebook advertising strategy. If you’re primarily doing ads that drive traffic within Facebook like, promoted posts, landing tab ads, right column ads, news feed ads etc. Then you don’t have to worry about Facebook conversion tracking because it’s all done for you within the Facebook Ads platform.

Facebook conversion tracking is really more for traffic driven outside of Facebook.
