Unfortunately in the past admins couldn’t publish in groups as their Fan Page persona. As a result often times a business would end up getting business inquiries, complaints, comments sent to their personal Facebook profile because that was the only recognizable profile when commenting in groups attached to the business.
Last year Facebook released a new update that would allow admins to publish in groups as their Facebook Fan Page’s profile.
