It’s important to respond to the Facebook status updates of the pages you follow for a few reasons.
- It can drive activity back to your Fan Page when you comment on the updates of other pages.
- You can directly reply and engage with other commentators to engage in dialog which may help build your brand.
- It’s an easy way to get new fans, just leave great comments, reply to other fans, and if they click on your image they will be directed back to your page.
Facebook Status Updates:
What you should do is go “Like” other pages as your Fan Page persona that you find interesting or that are related to your niche, by doing this you will see a whole new news feed from your page settings. You should spend 30-45 minutes each day going through your feed and leaving comments on the posts that are trending, or posts that you find interesting as your fan page persona. Remember that persistence is key. I do this myself, as a matter of fact this is part of my daily method of operations. You have to get into the habit of doing this, and you have to be consistent to get results.
