The ViSalus Scam? What You Need To Know Before You Join
The first step to determining whether or not you are about to get involved in a Visalus Scam is to determine if it’s right for you. You will need to review the company, the products and the compensation plan. It’s vital that you do your research and make an intelligent decision to find out if this is a Visalus Scam or if Visalus is a legit company.
In the coming paragraphs I will be giving you a short review on the details of the company’s background, products and compensation plan, and let you know if you can really succeed as a Visalus distributor or will you be dealing with a Visalus Scam.
The ViSalus Company
If you have been hiding under a rock on any of the social media networks then you probably have not been hearing about the Visalus opportunity. The name ViSalus comes from the Latin term “Vi,” which means life, and “Salus,” which means both prosperity and health. The products that ViSalus markets and promotes are weight management, nutrition, and performance products.
Yes, ViSalus is a Network Marketing company. They are out of Troy, Michigan. Back in 2004 they changed their name to Visalus Sciences but previously were called The Free Network.
ViSalus is proud to mention their team of leaders who have many years of experience from some of the most successful MLM and direct selling company’s in the industry. Some of these companies include:

Visalus has become one of the fastest growing companies in the US under the hand of CEO, Ryan Blair. They have been growing by 1,200% just in their first three years. Visalus has been featured on media outlets, such as MSNBC, as well as in publications like The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Time Magazine, and Business Week.
The ViSalus Products
ViSalus markets several nutraceuticals that are designed to aid in weight loss and overall well being. Some of these products include:

Maybe you are familiar with the company’s flagship product, 90 Day Body By Vi Challenge. The ViSalus Comp Plan
There are 3 ways to become a ViSalus distributor. The Basic Distributor package cost $49 but only gives you access to wholesale pricing. To be eligible for all of the compensation and bonuses associated with the ViSalus compensation plan, you will want to purchase the Executive Success System at $499. There is also a $999 package that offers you the $499 package, and in addition includes thirty Sample Packs, which you can provide to potential prospects.
ViSalus is a unilevel pay plan. A unilevel payplan provides the reps a number os different ways to get paid.
- Immediate upfront income on new sales
- Advancement bonuses
- Residual income on reorders
- BMW car program
Like many MLM companies Visalus offers a 30 days free subscription to the Vi-Net Pro Marketing System. The system cost $24 per month after your initial free 30 day trial is over.
Visalus has 6 ranks you can achieve as one moves through the compensation plan. As you rank advance the more money a rep is able to make.
Are we dealing with a Visalus Scam?
In researching ViSalus to determine if one is dealing with a Visalus scam, I can say that it is a legitimate opportunity. Visalus appears to not be a scam. They are an established company with top-level management, great products and a fair compensation plan. Visalus has been attracting some huge industry leaders because it is a legitimate MLM. Although not for me personally, I think there are a lot of people achieving success within the company.
Bill and Michelle. As a leader in the industry as well as in the Visalus community, I am so appreciative of the fair and unbiased view you take with regards to what is offered to each individual that enters truly into Visalus, and for that matter ANY network marketing opportunity. There are many factors to consider when choosing what network marketing opportunity is right for you. And as we have both experienced from working with real other real leaders, much of the oweness falls on the individual to decide what they are looking for with the company or team they choose. I will say I am thankful after seeing first hand in other health and wellness companies, how balanced this company is in it’s dealings with its promoters. The balance and growth of any team and leader is determinate by how well a company can adequately answer to the efforts and production of those individual distributors(or in our case promoters. But come on !, you can accomplish the same results with less if not the same amount of money per month on whole, fresh clean eating and workouts. Everyone is looking for the easy way out and there isn’t one! Everyone is looking for a way to lose weight quickly and make quick cash. Learn to do it the old fashion way with HARD WORK!

Agreed!!!! It works for me! America lacks motivation. It’s that simple. No one has self commitment. If people really ha the drive they would push at all cost. I did and here I am 1 year after having my son and I’m in the same shape I was before. It’s called healthy food water and the gym!! That’s why Americans are so effing fat. No time? Bullshit!! I work full time and go to school with a 1 year ok and I still work out an eat healthy. It’s called a lifestyle. Lol
