Do you personally set up the blog, or is it a.course?

I had checked to see if I had inadvertantly purchased the ‘Mastermind group’ course. MLSP said that they had no record of the course..(????).
The reason I am asking is that I have found someone to setup a presense online for me.
Reference the Social media facebook course….I found after going on your facebook page (and after witnessing the difficulties that others were having with course) found this course was waaay over my head.
I called you twice and left a message….but received no response.
I believe your are a sincere person that’s why I purchase the course after your webinar…but I think I just slipped between the cracks.
I wrote you two emails..both returned undeliverable..(using gmail???).
Applied for a refund…was told I had exceeded my 30 day trial period by several days.
I’m now in the process of disputing this charge with my credit card company.
Due diligence…when you don’t do it …you get bitten in the A–.

The name of Michelle’s course is Social Media Mastery. I’m not surprised to hear that MLSP had no record of the course if you referred to it as “The Mastermind group”. In regards to your voice mail that you left, what did you say in the message? We have many people we don’t know calling us each day and sometimes calls don’t get returned immediately if you don’t specify the reason for your call. In regards, to the emails you sent; it’s tough for us to respond to emails when are not being delivered. Perhaps you have the wrong email address. I use gmail primarily. Michelle doesn’t. It’s a shame that you didn’t even give the course a try. It sounds like you let a few other people’s challenges get in the way of you diving into something. There are countless examples of people who have had a ton of success from Michelle’s course and are now using FB for primary marketing efforts.
